Each year, the Rotary Clubs of South Australia run a walk to raise awareness of Domestic Violence (DV) in our community.

www.WalkForRespect.au offers survivors of DV; local support organisations and members of Rotary to come together in harmony, to show their care for one another and educate the wider community.

Planet Reg helps Rotary Manage their Registration and Booking forms, including separate booking / registration forms:-

• Allowing organisations to register their Group to lead a team in the walk

• Individual Participants to register to walk, and choose the Group they'd like to walk with

• Donations forms to enable participants to Donate to the cause

Each form makes it simple for the Rotary team to manage the different components of the walk efficiently. For Groups and Walkers, it is also simple and fast for them to register their attendance.

Rotary needed a Professional appearance to support their event to encourage participation. Each year they average around 1,000 people coming together.

All registrants receive an automated reminder email shortly before the event. Particularly good for people / groups who may have registered months in advance, to ensure they remember to go on the day.

Rotary committee members can analyse the data of all registrants to better plan the day's operation; but also improve marketing and operational matters for the following year's event.

Now in Year 3 in 2025, the Rotary Walk for Respect relies on the consistent and reliable Planet Reg booking system, helping regular walkers to return and encourage new people to come on board.
