Planet Reg clients are Diverse!

Planet Reg (previously known as My Booking Manager) has helped many Conference organisers large and small to efficiently manage the promotion and registrations into their events, but also smoothly care for their delegates when they arrive.

Often, we find Conference organisers have very complex needs, starting with promoting varying price points and discount codes, such as date range specific:-

  • Super Early Bird rates
  • Early Bird offerings
  • Regular rates
  • Late Registration pricing

Planet Reg understands well this marketing initiative to get bookings and cash flow in early. Add to that special rates for members / non-members and you'll fast see you can set-up some very complex pricing dynamics.

There are also many fantastic features to help build participation - eg Break Out sessions; upsell Merchandise items (eg. clothing, food, resources); and even manage conference tours / site visits.

Not all booking forms created require the public to find them through Google, so our clients can choose to launch a link as Private booking links (hidden from Search Engines) open only to directlly invited potential delegates.

The ability to ask specific questions of registering delegates will enable you to tailor their individual conference experience. Exploring dietary requirements / allergies is a big one. Questions can be set up as either open ended text boxes for people to craft their responses;
Yes / No set answers; multiple choice radio buttons as you determine (eg choose either a - red satchel; blue satchel; green satchel) or multi-Answer tick-box lists allowing customers to choose multiple items in your list.

Each booking form created generates its own unique web link, flexible to email to an invite list; align to a QR code for inclusion on a marketing Poster; or to publish on a Website for quick public access.

Many Community Group events repeat periodically. Planet Reg's 'copy' function is a massive time saver for these clients, enabling them to duplicate a past similar event and edit pertinent details such as Date / Time / Venue. This also increases accuracy, noting the entire booking form set-up is not starting from scratch.

Registrants from events can be contacted again by accessing their email addresses / phone numbers from past booking forms to market the next event / training day / session with the new booking link.

EXAMPLE : The Rotary Club of Adelaide Central frequently holds Movie Fundraiser days. So they download their registration data  from past movie screenings, enabling them to email the new invite to the next exciting movie. Each time, their promo base gets a bit larger and more successful.

Each Planet Reg client's master account administrator has the flexibility to add multiple people to access the 'admin' section of their membership ... either with full access to all events in that membership, or individual people / representatives can be given access to individual booking forms relevant to them. EXAMPLE - a restaurant may be given access to a specific booking form so they can track registrants' dietary requirements.
