In our society there are still people who don't run computers or smart phones, but that's OK, because you can still help them to book in, over a simple telephone call, or by completing a paper-based registration form.

If your customer calls you, simply have your team register their booking by clicking the BOOK NOW link and asking them to dictate the answers to your booking form questions over the phone.
OR ... perhaps they have sent an email or delivered a paper-based registration form to you with the info you require. Your console also has an ADD ATTENDEE button, making it easy for you to add these customers into your registration data.
MANUAL PAYMENTS
If a person doesn't trust online payments systems or is experiencing some sort of glitch at the time of registering, you can help them out over the phone by putting through a Manual Payment.
• Log in to your Event Console
• Choose the relevant event they've booked into
• Use the Lookup Attendee feature
• Click on the Make Payment option
... then ask your customer to read out their Debit / Credit Card details. You can type the information into their already completed booking form, on the spot, to finalise their registration.
You won't need to start their booking again from scratch, as it will be sitting in your Console listed as "on hold" ... indicating it everything was completed except the payment.
You will immediately see if the payment was successful and can then dispatch a confirmation to your customer to reassure them that they are now fully registered. All in just 1 or 2 minutes.
Simple!
In fact, your customer might not even have an email address. It doesn't really matter, as long as you know their booking is sitting safely in your Event Portal. They'll still be able to check-in efficiently when they turn up on the day..
