Survey Attendees

Each event you create on Planet Reg offers the opportunity to generate Post Event Surveys to automate the process of gaining feedback from participants after an event.

Surveys are NOT mandatory. You can skip this section in the set-up mode if you choose.

Surveys can be customised at the time of setting up your booking form (or later on), and pre-set to auto-distribute to your registrants following your event.

Planet Reg prompts you with a standard set of questions for each survey to help you get going, but you can edit everything and add your own custom questions.

Surveys can:-

Prompt for Yes / No answers

Offer radio button, multiple choice options (single answers)

Offer check-box, multiple choice options (tick multiple answers)

• Open text box options to enable people to provide comments

Its all about ensuring you have flexibility in crafting surveys to truly capture the feedback you need.

Surveys cost nothing extra. They're included in your event's 'per person' rego fee.

The advantage of using surveys is that event participants feel valued, increasing the likelihood they'll book with you again.
