Set Registration Limits

Overselling an Event, or Merchandise at the event, is frustrating and embarrassing. Far better to have control of every aspect of your function, to ensure exactly the right number, and type of person, registers.

Within each Booking / Registration form 'set-up', Planet Reg offer multiple ways to set limits to ensure you don't over book places or over sell merchandise / items ... such as:-

Person Limits
If your event can only accept a set number of people, it's simple to cap the total number of registrants - example - no more than 100 people before your customised 'sold out' message displays on screen.

Type of Person Limits
For example - you might have members and non-members. Lets say your room holds 100 people, and you want to make sure you offer your financial members maximum opportunity to secure a seat - you could limit NON-member seats to say "20" which would guarantee at least 80 full members can get in.

Room Limits
For features like Break Out Sessions, you can even set seating limits for rooms so that you don't over book a particular speaker's session.

Merchandise Limits
Perhaps you have 100 T-shirts to sell, 200 coffee mugs, and 150 seats to the Saturday Night social dinner. No problem - you can set separate limits on each individual item to avoid overselling. Not only that, but with sessions and merch, you can even set parameters of who can buy. For example, perhaps the Saturday Night Social dinner is only available for members to see and purchase.
