Custom Questions

Many Planet Reg customers need to find out an array of information in advance from their customers booking.

Custom Questions offer you the ability to ask specific questions of registering delegates so they can positively tailor their individual event attendance experience.

Example : asking them about any dietary requirements / allergies is a common question

Questions can be set up as:-

open text boxes (small or large) for people to write their own responses;

Yes / No set-choice answers

multiple set-choice radio buttons ...such as, choose either a -
      o  red satchel
      o  blue satchel
      o  green satchel

multi-choice tick-box list allowing customers to choose more than one item in your presented list

You even have the ability to ask different types of registrant different questions.

For Example, if you have members and non-members, everyone might be entitled to lunch, so every registrant might be asked if they want the Chicken or Beef sandwich.

Another Example, perhaps only members are to receive a conference satchel, so set this booking form to ensure only members are asked what colour satchel they want.
