Not just conferences, but many of our Planet Reg clients over the years have run functions whereby at a certain time slot, their delegates / visitors have an opportunity to go in different directions, and they need to choose which one is better for them.

EXAMPLE - CONFERENCE DELEGATE - Say it's 1pm on Day 2 of your conference - there's 5 different speakers presenting concurrently in different rooms. Sessions allow your customer, after they've identified they're coming to the Conference in Step 1 - to then be asked which Speaker (session) they'd like to see. Each of the 5 speakers' rooms might have a different capacity ... no problems, that can be limited also.

EXAMPLE - TOURS - Similarly, perhaps your gathering throughout it's days, offer the opportunity to get on a bus to break out on a tour. Using sessions, this can also be managed easily, even if there's an add on cost for that tour.
