We're a bit different to our competitors ... we love talking to our clients!

Planet Reg's customer service team is actually based in South Australia (Adelaide - Australian Central Standard time), and we are happy to be accessible to you by Phone / Email / Skype / Zoom / Teams ... or even Face to Face if practical.

A Bit of History

Planet Reg was first developed in Adelaide back in the early 2000s, for 2 decades known as My Booking Manager.

Today, under new ownership, Bill Marles, Katrina Lister and team (who have been part of the My Booking Manager journey since about 2010) continue to support Planet Reg. Really, nothing has changed for any of our long term customers.

Bill and Kat come from a marketing and events management background. So, although Planet Reg is an I.T. medium - their passion is to approach booking forms from a marketing perspective, to help you solve problems and prosper.

Planet Reg clients are highly diverse, from all around Australia and New Zealand. Although our focus out of Adelaide is our Australian and New Zealand clients, we also have our USA based team caring for more clients across America. We're truly international.

Ken is our lead programmer. He's been improving the portal since about 2010. Many of the features our clients enjoy and rely on today, have been added over the years following customers submitting suggestions.

If we do implement a new feature - ALL of our clients benefit, simply from being a part of our Planet Reg community.

The Planet Reg Community

On the day you choose to < sign up > as a Planet Reg member, you have immediate access to the full suite of Planet Reg features - and you are a member for life and you can access any of your past booking links from years ago.

There are:-
No membership joining fees
No set monthly membership fees
No set annual membership renewal fees!

Then, every time you create a new booking / registration form, each generates its own new, unique web link (URL) which you can choose to:-
• email to people
• add to website(s)
• turn into a QR code + more

There's no limit to the volume of booking forms / links you can have running at any one time. We have one training provider who regularly has around 100 different booking links active at any one time.

When an event passes, that form's link becomes inactive ... not lost. In your Management Console, you can still view all the registration data in it for years to come ... unless you consciously choose to delete forms.

Within your membership, you can have as many users as you need. Your MASTER administrator can create new users. These extra people can be give access to all booking forms .. or perhaps you have the need to let a person view only one specific booking form(s). You have the flexibility.
